Online ordering is available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
We are available on MSN Messenger, Email and to answer the Telephone from 9.30am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday (BST when applicable).
Delivery Method
Small orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, larger orders via ParcelForce 48hr.
All orders have to be signed for on delivery.
If there is no one there to receive your order a card will be left by Royal Mail / ParcelForce for you to arrange re-delivery or collection with them.

VAT
All our prices include UK VAT at the appropriate rate - currently 17.5%. Helmets, childrens clothing, books and maps all have zero VAT.
Ordering
All orders must be placed via our website.
Expert advice is available via Email, MSN Messenger, Skype and the Telephone from 9.30am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday (BST when applicable).
If we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will endeavor to dispatch your order the same day providing the goods are in stock.
If you order after 2pm on a Friday or during a Saturday or Sunday your order will be despatched on Monday provided the goods are in stock.
If any goods are going to be out of stock for more than a few days we will contact you promptly via Email or Telephone to ask if you wish to proceed or cancel your order.
Payment
If paying by card, we will only charge your credit / debit card when we despatch your order.
We do not store your card details.
Cheques must clear before we despatch your order. Please allow at least 5 working days after we receive your cheque.
Returns
We aim to offer exceptional after-sales service - if you have a problem, we'll get it sorted.
Whether it's a late delivery, a damaged parcel, a broken product or you just don't like the stuff you received, we want to make sure you end-up with what you want.
triandbike.co.uk conform to and exceed the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order.
We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit,
you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.

New items returned for refund or exchange
There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having
to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Goods must be in original packaging, with all labels attatched
- Goods must not be fitted or used
- Goods must be accompanied with a completed Returns Form
If the goods were received with FREE postage, the cost of postage is included in the sale price of an item and therefore we
ask for a £2.50 contribution towards the postage and packaging costs of sending the original item.
If you paid for postage, there is no charge.
Custom built products including Wheels and Bikes
When we custom build wheels or a bike for you, it is built specifically for you, and to your exact specification.
This means that we are not obliged to accept back custom built items for a refund or exchange.
Custom built wheels will be accepted back but a £15 per wheel charge will be levied on an exchange or refund, to cover the postage, and the time and effort absorbed in creating the wheel.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Goods must be in original packaging, with all labels attatched
- Goods must not be fitted or used
- Goods must be accompanied with a completed Returns Form
Faulty, Damaged or Broken Goods
All goods purchased from triandbike.co.uk are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
The duration of this warranty is generally 12 months but some manufacturers may offer less or more than this period, check the documentation provided by your product manufacturer.
Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc.
If you feel that the product you have purchased from triandbike.co.uk has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.
If the goods need to be returned:
- Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil. (Clothing must be washed)
- Goods must be accompanied with a completed Returns Form
Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!
For warranty returns, we may have to return the product to the manufacturer for inspection, repair or replacement is at their discretion.
Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered.
New items returned because we have posted you the wrong part
If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs for returning the item.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Goods must be in original packaging
- Goods must not be fitted or used
- Goods must be accompanied with a completed Returns Form
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value.
We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded or Standard Parcel Force Post for larger items.
These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st Class Recorded postage cost.
